It would be interesting picture in the "iconic" style (like strong dark lines of the hair), but there is no consistency. Body without outlines, face like from photography, sketchy background. If there will be some "esprit de corps", it could be a really nice picture

i really like the face features but the haed looks somewhat disconnected from the body. other than that its good !
