Nice skin tones in the face. I might add some subtle eyelashes to the lower lids, but that's just me- good work

Crit: The shoulder doesnt look like its connected to the body.

Eyes are asymmetrical, nose is a lump, very little definition of the face shape... think of the volume, never lose the sight of the general form behind detail, construct the form before you render, please, please...
